My Journey: From Leap of Faith to Spiritual Teacher
My spiritual path began 14 years ago with a bold leap: enrolling in Siam Reiki Level One Certification without ever experiencing a Reiki session. The next day, an inner calling led me to purchase a Reiki table, marking the start of stepping into my purpose.
Life presented its challenges—navigating post-divorce transitions, grieving the loss of my grandmother and parents, and supporting my children through a life-altering accident and medical diagnoses. Yet, through these seasons, Reiki and mindfulness became my anchor, a gentle yet powerful tool for self-care that helped me reconnect with my true self.
I learned that Reiki and Mindfulness are not just practices—they are a way of life, offering clarity, balance, and spiritual alignment- and ultimately less suffering. I created a daily practice of Reiki, Meditation and Metta, that has significantly reduced the intensity and duration of current and past stressful events.
Reiki and mindfulness became my sanctuary
These gentle yet powerful practices, Reiki and Mindfulness, restored my energy and brought clarity to navigate the path ahead. I practice daily self care to maintain balance, deepen my connection to myself and to promote holistic wellness. Naturally returning to what the body and mind know will be of benefit.
We practice so we can excel, achieve mastery in whichever path we choose.
