Rainforest Reiki and Meditation offers individual counselling services virtually, from the comfort of your own home. Your counselling sessions are your time to slow down the pace to help you understand and connect with yourself. To remember. To heal. To see the challenges or patterns that may be preventing you from being your best self, today. Together we start where you are and gently expand your awareness using practical tools, that you can use outside of our sessions, where the sustained work happens.
There are times when things just feel a little off.
You might notice it as ongoing stress, anxiety that lingers in the background, trouble sleeping, or a sense of burnout that doesn’t quite lift. Maybe your thoughts feel busy, your energy is low, or you’re moving through a life transition and looking to find your steadiness again. Right now it’s just too much, and you just can’t catch your breath.

At Rainforest Reiki and Meditation, counselling is offered as a space to slow down and be met with care. A space where you are listened to deeply, without judgement or urgency. Where what you’re carrying can be explored gently, at your own pace.
This work can be supportive if you are moving through any of the following :
anxiety, depression, overwhelm, empty nesting, menopause, burnout, trauma, postpartum depression, relationship challenges, questions around spirituality, life transitions, grief and loss, pet loss, chronic illness, unemployment, parenting and many more of life’s challenges. It could be that you just need a space to feel heard, without judgement, to vent or guidance and support to take the next steps toward a goal.
Whatever you are carrying, we can help alleviate the weight of it all. ; or support to achieve goals, take the next steps, work through decision making. Each session is held as a warm, compassionate container. Together, we make room for what is present, and process tender emotions, while also creating space for resources, resilience, and a greater sense of ease to emerge.
The approach is collaborative and responsive to you. You are not seen as something to be fixed, or reduced to a set of symptoms. Instead, your experience is honored in its entirety. Evidence-based counselling practices are thoughtfully woven together with somatic and intuitive approaches, supporting the connection between mind, body, and spirit. Practical tools to use in everyday life, where the sustained work from outside our sessions gently unfolds.

Rachel brings over 14 years of experience in helping professions, along with a natural ability to build trust and connection. The intention is not to lead you somewhere unfamiliar, but to walk alongside you as you reconnect with your own inner resources, insight, and resilience.
